  • No refunds will be issued for dissatisfaction, change of mind, misuse, misunderstanding, or failure to read product or service descriptions.
  • Digital products, consultations, subscriptions, exclusive content, downloadable materials, and creator services are non-refundable.
  • Consultation appointments must be attended on time. If you are more than 5 minutes late to your scheduled consultation, your appointment may be cancelled and will require rescheduling. No refunds will be provided for missed or late appointments.
  • We reserve the right to immediately end any consultation, service, livestream, membership, or interaction without refund if inappropriate, abusive, disrespectful, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, fraudulent, or uncomfortable behavior occurs.
  • We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, limit, or terminate service access at any time if a customer violates our policies, behaves abusively, attempts fraud, files chargebacks, leaks content, or fails to comply with our terms.
  • Termination of access due to policy violations does not qualify for a refund.
